Verbalizing of thoughts

There are certain things I have learned from my past relationship and one of them is verbalizing your thoughts and anger about your ex or even your friend. One of the best way to release your anger is to verbalize your feelings to a trusted friend, the one who is willing to listen. But releasing your anger and hatred about someone on a social network is a big NO. Yes, I admit I was once like that. I also bombarded my facebook, twitter and plurk and even my multiply account about people I hate, how I hate them. Especially when my ex-boyfriend broke up with me, I filled my social networks with hatred status about him, etc. But because of this experience I learned something from it. I learned that it's wrong to tell the people in FB or other social networking sites about how bad this guy, etc, and having a pleasure that people will know how bad he is. Where in fact you're the one who's the bad guy because you're ruining one's reputation to other people. Am I right? NANDA (North American Nursing Diagnosis Association) said Encourage verbalization of feelings, you know it's better to tell your best friend or even your parents how you feel about certain person and I'm sure after that you'll be feeling better and of course FORGIVE that person who made your life miserable.
